The two parks possess together a size of approx. 21.000 square kilometres of face.

They both suit to Tsavo Ost and Tsavo West about< in der Mitte between Mombasa and Nairobi. You are thus an ideal place of excursions for visitors who come from the coast Mombasa. To achieve ride with the minibus after less than 2 hours you already Tsavo Ost.

From Mombasa it is 210 kilometres, of Nairobi, from 290 kilometres.

There are landing strips for small aeroplanes in Kilepuni and the Taita Hills.

The biggest hind protection field of the world is suitable also for 1 or 2 day safaris from Mombasa.

The Voi Safari Lodge is the most popular starting stop in Tsavo Ost.

The famous Salt Lick Lodge is in the Taita Hills, a private bordering game protection park.
